Honestly, it sounds as if your mom's mind is under demonic attack. It's time to take charge over these spirits. They have no legal right to do that to anyone who knows Jesus as Lord. But they will- until we take charge. Be sure you begin to read scripture to your mother daily. Get scriptures about peace(Jn.14:27 is a good one), and get her to read them over and over again until they sink down into her heart. She must claim the peace that is rightfully hers- if she has, indeed, submitted her life to God. If not, lead her into a repentance prayer. Get her to accept Jesus in her life. Once that is done, begin to rebuke those spirits and claim the blood of Jesus over her mind. Demons really fear the mentioning of the blood of Jesus, as many who cast out demons can testify to. Plead Jesus' blood over her daily. She should begin to feel her fears start to vanish then.

Now let's pray: Father God, in the name of your son Jesus, we plead your blood over the mind of this woman. We speak to any spirits that may be tortuing her to leave and never come back. We speak the peace of Jesus over this woman and her family. No weapon formed against her shall prosper; nothing that the enemy does against her shall prevail. Raise up from within this woman, lord, a spirit of prayer; stir up a spirit of reading your word like never before. Draw believers into her life who will pray for her daily. And we speak your financial blessings over this family as well, Father. In Jesus name. Amen.
