Father, you know our needs even before we pray them; but you said that we should pray anyway so that you might your power to us. In your word, you told us to test you and see if you would not pour out a blessing on us that we have room to contain. You long to show us who you are, and the power of the God we worship. So we pray for this sister, Lord. Look upon her situation and give her favor. I know you can, for I have seen you do it so many times in my own life, and in the lives of others.
Show her how much you love her, Lord; give her a testimony that she will never forget and will share with others who need encouragement. And bless her friend for caring about her so much and bringing her issues to you. For nothing is impossible for him who made heaven and earth; nothing is impossible who gives life to the dead; and nothing is impossible for him who sustains all things just with a spoken word. You are an awesome God, as you proven to me time and time again. And your love knows no limit. Let our sister know of that love personally, Lord, through the blessings you are going give her in this situation. In Jesus name. Amen.

God may be blessing Cait in ways she doesn't understand just yet, with this move. maybe this move will lead cait to a better job with more money so that she won't have to work nights...have faith that no matter what the outcome, God has cait's situation in His hands and Cait is always lead by divine inspiration. she follows God's direction and will never miss an opportunity. God will provide for her...even when it seems there are obstacles in her way...tell cait that adverse appearances work for her good and that God is walking along side her every day, so do not fear those obstacles...walk right up to the obstacles knowing God is your weapon of choice and those obstacles will move.
